By accessing our website, booking our astrology and vastu consultation services, or registering for our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. Service Scope and Disclaimer

All consultations, courses, and guidance provided by Naveen Bhagat Ji (NB Astro) are based on Vedic Astrology, Vastu Shastra principles, and personal professional experience. Astrological interpretations and vastu remedies are recommendations for guidance only and should not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Bookings, Time Slots, and Rescheduling

Consultations must be booked via our active booking calendar. Users are required to provide accurate birth details (date, exact time, and place of birth).

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the slot.
• Failing to show up for your scheduled online consultation without notice will result in the session being marked as completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, study materials, logos, layout designs, and texts published on this website are the intellectual property of NB Astro. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

Course registration is personal and non-transferable. Session video recordings and supplemental files provided during the course are for your personal study only. Access to student portals or materials must not be shared with third parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
